Below is the current class schedule. All participants MUST sign up prior to the class. No walk ups at this time.

At Lachey Arts we feel that the arts should be available to everyone, not just those who can afford it. If you are interested in taking class at Lachey Arts but are unable to due to financial restraints, we invite you to request a scholarship.

Classes

While the Lachey Arts camp has historically been ages 12-19, Lachey Arts studio classes also welcome college age performers and adults. Each participant is instructed at their individual level.

Couples Night

Join Drew & Lea on April 19th for a night of dancing.  Learn the basics of partnering dance with good music, good food and a lot of fun.  Bring your friend, partner, husband, wife.  All are welcome!  $50 per couple where all proceeds go back into our scholarship program.  We hope to see you there.   7pm

Jazz Funk

Come join for this fun, energetic class where we fuse Jazz and Hip Hop styles. Tuesdays 7-8pm $15/ class

Commercial Dance

For decades, music videos taught us what was cool, pushed boundaries and influenced us with the latest dances.  This class is inspired by the performers that impacted today’s pop culture. Join us for this high energy class that will take you through all of the commercial styles that you see on TV and in Film.

Contemporary

This class encourages dancers to be versatile with their expressions, emotions and movement styles. It blends musicality, technique and artistry in a creative and innovative way.  All levels welcome. $15/Class

Tap

This intermediate class uses great music to focus on rhythm, shifting of weight and getting clean, crisp sounds. Whether you want to brush up on your technique or push yourself to learn new tap skills, this fun, upbeat class is a perfect fit. $15/ class

Theater Dance

This class will focus on the many different styles of dance that are found on stage. An authentic connection to your movement makes your story honest and true. With an emphasis on musicality and character this class will bring out a genuine performance. Come explore true story telling through dance. - $15/ class

Heels Class (Intermediate/ Advanced)

This high energy, action packed, vivacious dance class is done in heels and incorporates many genres of dance. This class will make you feel empowered, confident and strong. Gain strength in your movement while perfecting clean lines and proper alignment with precision and style.- $15/class

Heels Class (Beginning/ Intermediate)

This class is for anyone wanting to dive into the basics of heel work while focusing on placement and technique. Find your strength in turns, leg extensions, and precise foot work. This hour will be exciting and helpful for both the beginner and the experienced dancer that wants to perfect their technique.- $15/ class

Private Lessons
